Amazing products. Incredible customer service

I’ve been buying raw velo for years as they’re top quality and taste great. I ordered some as I was going on a cycling trip to Spain. Due to a mess up by the courier company I was sent 2 t shirts by mistake. I emailed raw velo and asked what had happened. The owner replied and said he was very sorry and asked when I was going away. I explained that I was going the next day and told him not to worry. Later that day there was a knock on the door and it was the owner (Duncan) himself, with not only the bars I had ordered but many extras too. He had travelled from South London out to Kent, I could not believe it and I will never forget it. You just don’t get that kind of customer service anymore, or so I thought. A massive thank you to Duncan and all his team, your bars and gels helped me up some very challenging climbs in Spain.
